Horsham District Older Peoples Forum host Strawberry Tea

The Horsham District Older Peoples Forum are working with Age UK Horsham, Healthwatch West Sussex, WSCC & HDC to ascertain the experiences of local people living in the Horsham District, of their hospital treatment 'from getting there to getting home’.  There are 2 public, free to attend  'strawberry tea' afternoon events where local people aged 50+ can come, discuss and share their hospital experiences of the last 12 months. 

The events are:

Tuesday the 11 July 2017 1.45pm - 4.30pm at Parkside, County Hall North, Horsham.

Thursday 13 July 2017 1.45pm - 4.30pm at the Steyning Centre, Fletchers Croft, Steyning.

What the Older Peoples Forum and partners are asking you to do, to help if you can, firstly, if you are aged 50+ (or someone close to you) and have been in hospital over the past 12 months, please share your experience by either attending one of the events or completing the online survey.
